Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts

By accessing or using 20Realms, Creator Lab, related services, or https://20realms.net, you agree to these terms and referenced policies. 20Realms is intended for users age 13+. Users under 18 must have parent or guardian permission where required by law. Guest accounts are not allowed.

Account role selection is required to support fair progression, XP balancing, and abuse prevention. 20Realms may lock, restrict, review, or adjust account roles to prevent abuse, cheating, or exploitation.

License to use 20Realms

20Realms grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use 20Realms on supported devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment and permitted Creator Lab activity. This license does not transfer ownership of the game, code, art, audio, design, systems, branding, or related materials.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute unauthorized copies, reverse engineer except where law cannot be waived, remove legal notices, use cheats, use unauthorized mods, use automation that harms fair play, exploit bugs, manipulate XP, or bypass security.

Acceptable use and enforcement

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, farm rewards through abusive behavior, bypass security, use unauthorized automation, manipulate XP, harass users, threaten users, share private information, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, disrupt sessions, or interfere with servers or platform integrity.

Accounts may be suspended, reset, restricted, or terminated for cheating, exploits, fraud, harassment, abuse, unauthorized automation, or security bypassing. XP, currency, progression, roles, rewards, and entitlements may be adjusted after updates, balance changes, exploit fixes, or enforcement reviews.

Discriminatory comments or conduct through text chat or voice chat may result in suspension, account reset, feature restriction, or permanent ban. Sensitive content toggles may provide fictional campaign context, but they do not permit real-world harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats, sexual exploitation, doxxing, or unlawful conduct.

User content and Creator Lab

You retain ownership of your original user-generated content. By submitting content to 20Realms or Creator Lab, you grant 20Realms a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, technically format, sell, offer, and make your content available through 20Realms and related services.

Creator Lab revenue is planned as a 60/40 split, with 60% to the creator and 40% to 20Realms unless a separate written agreement applies. Platform fees, payment processor fees, taxes, chargebacks, or legally required deductions may be handled before final payout.

20Realms purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Creator Lab refund requests must go through the 20Realms support ticket process and may be approved or denied after investigation.

Purchases, platforms, and virtual items

20Realms may be distributed through Apple, Google, Steam, console storefronts, or other platforms. Platform terms, payment rules, refund rules, age-rating rules, subscriptions, and account rules may also apply. Virtual currency and items are licensed, not sold, except where law requires otherwise, and may be modified, balanced, removed, or restricted under these terms.

20Realms may limit, change, delay, or disable features on a platform if required by platform rules, payment rules, age-rating requirements, technical limits, safety requirements, or legal compliance.

Exports, device recommendations, and updates

Exported or printed maps and campaign materials may be used for personal gameplay, campaign preparation, in-person tabletop use, and permitted sharing within a play group. Users may not sell exported or printed 20Realms materials as standalone products unless separately authorized.

Anyone may Dungeon Master from supported devices where available. 20Realms recommends Dungeon Master use on PC, console, or tablet. Mobile Dungeon Master use is recommended in 2D mode until mobile devices and mobile builds can fully support heavier Dungeon Master workflows.

The game may install updates automatically where supported. Updates may change features, balance, XP, content, progression, security systems, device recommendations, and access requirements.

Disputes, law, and contact

Users should first contact support@20realms.net with account email, issue summary, and requested outcome. 20Realms will try to acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a written response within 30 calendar days.

These terms and the EULA are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Alabama unless local mandatory law applies. 20Realms is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent allowed by law.
