Contact support
For support, reports, appeals, privacy requests, Creator Lab refund reviews, copyright issues, or legal questions, contact support@20realms.net.

Respect others
No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, targeted abuse, stalking, doxxing, or sharing private information. Chat messages and voice chat can and may be logged, reviewed, or retained for harassment, abuse, safety, moderation, and legal compliance.
Keep play fair
No cheating, exploits, unauthorized automation, XP manipulation, fraud, or security bypassing. Accounts may be suspended, reset, restricted, or terminated for cheating or exploitation. XP may be adjusted after balance patches, exploit fixes, or enforcement actions.
Content standards
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, obscene, profane, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, malicious, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content. Respect creator rights and licensing requirements.
Creator Lab sellers must accept the separate Creator Lab Agreement before publishing or selling content. Prohibited Creator Lab content may be removed, refund-reviewed, payout-held, or made unavailable for new purchases.
Reports, enforcement, and appeals
BloodStone Forge may take action based on severity and history, including warning, content removal, temporary suspension, account reset, permanent account termination, payout hold, marketplace removal, or legal escalation.
If your account or content is actioned, request review through support@20realms.net. If there is immediate danger or credible threats, contact local emergency services first.
