Signals and diagnostics
20Realms may collect device type, OS, app version, crash logs, identifiers, IP address, approximate location from IP, security signals, anti-cheat signals, and diagnostics to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Anti-cheat and anti-fraud
Cheating, exploit abuse, unauthorized automation, XP manipulation, fraud, or security bypassing may result in suspension, account reset, feature restriction, termination, or adjustment of XP, currency, progression, roles, rewards, and entitlements.
Chat, voice, and moderation records
Text chat and voice chat can and may be logged, reviewed, or retained for harassment prevention, abuse investigation, moderation, safety, legal compliance, and enforcement. Reports, appeal records, moderation notes, and enforcement history may also be retained.
Retention
Security and anti-cheat logs are planned for 12 months rolling unless needed for investigations. Moderation reports and enforcement records are planned for 36 months after final action unless law or safety requires longer. Backups are planned for an encrypted rolling 35-90 day window unless otherwise required.
